Alpha Legion Volkite Culverin Heavy Support Squad
Ive painted a heavy support squad of heavy Volkite goodness...
The miniatures are older plastic mk3 miniatures.

The Volkites are painted with bright orange shine.
For the trim on the shoulderguards I vent with a more brass/golden colours that I usually paint my Alpha Legions in. Just for some variety. Im not sure I like this colourpallete but now I have tried it.

Alpha Legion Techmarine

 


I have painted a Techmarine for my Alpha Legion.
Its an old metal model that I just gave some lizard scales loin cloth

He was rather fun to paint and I think the old model hold up great.

 

 

Orcs of Mordor

 

Another batch of Mordor Orcs.

As with the first batch, (http://kampgruppe-engel.blogspot.com/2023/10/orcs-of-mordor.html) these are a combination of metal Orcs from Mirlition and a mixture of bits from multiple plastic makers.

They are rather quick to paint and are lots of fun.

I could help my self and bought the November issue of Wargames illustrated because you got a sprue of Warlord Games Epic Battle Scottish warriors.

You got surprisingly lot of miniatures from just one sprue.

And together with my other unit I now this small collection.
