I wanted an elite unit. Some time ago I glued together a lot of miniatures and I got miniatures over to create this unit of grenadiers. I really like the look of the elite unit with all these plumes.
I had enough miniatures to create a small unit in Black Powder terms. Im really happy that I had left over miniatures to have the whole front rank kneeling, making an impressive firing line.
The miniatures are mostly Victrix but with some Perry miniatures and I can spot some bits from Warlords Games.
