As the kingdom of Avelorn has the worlds largest population of treemen and treespirits in the world I think Its only fitting to have atleast one treeman to my collection.
The treemens of Avelorn tends to the forests in Avelorn so I guess they will be reluctant to travel outside their forests to join my other forces on their expeditions...
Atleast I could use the miniature in an conflict set in Avelorn.
I think that the miniature actually is and old Wood Elf special character, Durthu the treeman.
It was a fun miniature to paint.
I opted to paint him as a birch treeman as I thought the white bark would fit nice into the other miniatures. I wanted lots of white to fit with my other elves.
And I really like the white and black colours of a birch.
